charming Himalayan village surrounded by dense oak and pine forests. The scenic drive
offers magnificent mountain scenery and several productive birding stops along the
route. Upon arrival and lunch at the lodge, there will be time to relax before heading out
on a gentle evening birding walk around the surrounding forest habitats. Pangot is
particularly well known for its rich birdlife and peaceful natural setting.

Today will be dedicated to exploring the diverse birding habitats around Pangot.
Accompanied by your guide, venture along forest trails, hillside paths and open
clearings while searching for a wide variety of Himalayan bird species. The combination

Corbett National Park, one of India’s most celebrated wildlife sanctuaries. The journey

excursion along the Kosi River. The scenic riverside habitat offers excellent opportunities

check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, travel to Sultanpur for a rewarding birding session within this well
known wetland habitat. The reserve attracts a wide range of waterbirds and migratory
species, making for an enjoyable and productive stop along the journey. Thereafter,
continue by road to Ranthambore through the rural landscapes of Rajasthan. Arrive in
the evening and settle into the lodge before dinner.

Explore Ranthambore National Park through morning and afternoon jeep safaris. The
park’s dramatic landscapes, ancient ruins, lakes and dry deciduous forests create a truly
unique safari experience. In addition to excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, the park

Travel through the rural landscapes of Rajasthan towards Bharatpur, enjoying glimpses
of village life and traditional countryside scenery along the way. Upon arrival, enjoy an
afternoon birding excursion through the agricultural fields and village surroundings
outside Keoladeo National Park. The area offers a fascinating combination of birdlife,
rural culture and traditional architecture.

Spend the day exploring Keoladeo National Park, one of India’s premier birding
destinations and an internationally recognised wetland reserve. Explore the park’s
network of trails, wetlands and wooded habitats both on foot and by eco-friendly e
rickshaw, allowing excellent access to the sanctuary’s diverse birdlife and beautiful
natural surroundings.

Depart early for Dhaulpur and enjoy a morning boat cruise along the Chambal River,
one of India’s most peaceful and rewarding river ecosystems for birding and wildlife
observation. The calm riverbanks and surrounding habitats provide excellent
opportunities for photography and nature viewing. Continue to Agra thereafter. In the
evening, guests may visit the rear viewpoint of the Taj Mahal at sunset or explore Agra’s
vibrant local markets and traditional handicrafts.

After breakfast, visit the iconic Taj Mahal during the cooler morning hours, allowing
ample time to appreciate the beauty, architecture and history of this world-famous
monument. Thereafter, continue to Agra Fort, one of the finest examples of Mughal
architecture in India. Following lunch, depart by road for Delhi, arriving in the evening
for dinner and overnight stay.
